Determining the market price of a property is done by appraisers licensed by the state, working as brokers within the structures YAVLENA and YAVLENA IMPACT – the valuation branch related to YAVLENA. An advantage of the appraisers is their knowledge of the market of real estates in detail, as well as their commercial skills in the sales of different sites. Using the available database of information as to the parameters of actually concluded transactions, by means of all known valuation methods, the appraisers determine the market price of the real estates.
