LETTING OUT OUR PROPERTY FOR RENT – SOME GOOD PIECES OF ADVICE

Why do we try to let out our property for rent more quickly? Because not the monthly rent, but the average annual profit is of greater importance! Here are some good pieces of advice for the lessor to achieve quick results. 1. Defining real price of the property, which corresponds to the lessee’s expectations and is based on real executed agreements. 2. Giving the property attractive appearance: thoroughly cleaning – renovating the paint and the floors, the furniture – cleaning the windows, and giving special attention to the bathrooms. 3. Appointment with the broker who shall offer the property for rent in advance. At this appointment all advantages and disadvantages are presented so that the property is accurately presented to the potential lessee. 4. Preparing the property for viewing with the potential lessee in advance – letting in fresh air – cleaning the dust – lifting the blinds, etc – switching on the lights – heating the property.
