The range of the nationalities of foreigners who buy real estate in Bulgaria has increased. In general, for the last 15 years foreigner buyers were predominantly customers from Israel, Russia, and Greece. However, for the last 4 years, due to country’s upcoming membership in the European Union, in the race for buying properties customers from the United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal have joined. Additionally, for this year investors from Italy, Norway, Denmark, and other European countries enlarge our customers’ nationalities portfolio.
