The Real Estate Market in August

For the month of August the real estate market was exceptionally dynamic. Buyers were primarily Bulgarians who were mainly interested in land purchases. The closed deals included predominantly terrains with potential for regulation and permission to build. The second most dynamic section of the market in August included apartment sales. Buyers were mostly interested in finished and fully furnished flats with one main goal- to rent them out.
